Police operatives arrest wanted person in Molave

PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur - A joint PNP personnel of Provincial Intelligence Branch, Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Police Office (ZSPPO), Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Public Safety Company, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Zamboanga Del Sur and Molave Municipal Police Station has successfully arrested a wanted person on April 23, 2016 at about 5:00 pm in Molave town of this province.

             

ZSPPO provincial director Senior Supt.  Michael Nicolas said the suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant issued by Honorable Monique A. Quisumbing-Ignacio, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 209, Mandaluyong City during the conduct of operation against wanted person.

SSupt. Nicolas said the arrested suspect for the crime of robbery with homicide and physical injuries docketed under criminal case number mc -02-6145, dated March 7, 2016 with no bail-bond recommended identified as Dionisio Sarino Babanto, 51 years old, married, resident of Purok Del Carmen, Barangay Dipolo, Molave of this province,

Suspect is temporarily detained at Molave Municipal Police Station for proper disposition. (by jdc)
