PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur (Dec 19, 2014-MPF News ) – The Police
Provincial Office had filed a criminal
case for violation of R.A. 10591 otherwise known as Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act, R.A. 9516 on
Illegal Possession of Firearms and Explosives and
R.A. 9165 also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 at the City Prosecutor’s Office Thursday against the two suspects following
their arrest in a joint operation by the different law enforcement agencies.

The joint operation of Pagadian City and Provincial Police operatives,
Police Provincial Public Safety Battalion together with Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) had successfully arrested Monday the two wanted
criminals responsible of gun for hire and illegal drugs trafficking in Pagadian
City and Zamboanga del Sur during the conduct of Oplan Bakal/Oplan Paglalansag Omega (Campaign Against Loose Firearms
And Ammunitions) and Oplan Big Bertha (Campaign Against Illegal Drugs) at
Yellow Hot Pizza, F.S. Pajares Avenue, Gatas District, Pagadian City.

Zamboanga del Sur Police Provincial Director Senior
Supt. Sofronio Ecaldre said Friday the arrest of the suspects was not
immediately devolve to the public due to the pending investigation.
Ecaldre identified the two wanted suspects as Ramil Bulat-Ag Martinito @ Budoy and Jiolgin Rose Mary Torres Tintin
both were legal ages and a residents of this city.
Confiscated and seized from their possession and control from Budoy 2-unit
caliber 45 pistol, Caspians Arms Ltd with serial number 574821 color white and 1-magazine
and ammunition and caliber 45 pistol 1911 a1 45 Norinco bearing serial number 749315
color black, 3 magazines and 55 pieces ammunition of caliber 45 pistol, while from the possession of Tintin the authorities also recovered 2 units
mobile phone and 1 piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing
crystal granules believed to be shabu.

alyas Budoy was one of the subjects of search warrant jointly conducted by by
the different law enforcement agencies last March 04, 2014 at Purok Quarry,
Barangay Kagawasan, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur and has a pending case for
violation of R.A. 10591 otherwise known as Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition
Regulation Act, R.A. 9516 on Illegal Possession of Firearms and
Explosives and R.A. 9165 also known as the Comprehensive
Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002
Ecladre added that Bodoy was engaged in gun for hire activities and
responsible in the series of killing incidents in Pagadian City and Zamboanga del
Sur.
