PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur (September 4, 2013)– The untimely explosion of one of the two Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was behind the death of the unidentified person believed to be a suspected bomber Tuesday at 7:30 in the evening on September 3 along the national highway at Barangay Tapodoc, Labangan town in the province of Zamboanga del Sur.
